I bought my RADIUS product at a retail store. Can I still get a refund?

If you purchased from one of our retailers, we recommend returning your product directly to the store whenever possible to avoid shipping fees. If the return is not accepted by your retailer, start your return with us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please reach out to contact@madebyradius.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) returning
  • Reason for return

Returns are refunded to your original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your return.

In absence of proof of purchase, we can offer store credit to madebyradius.com.

If you return a gift set or multi-pack, the entire set must be returned for a refund.

Please note that return shipping is not covered by RADIUS and not reimbursable.
