Why is my order taking a long time to arrive?

We typically process and ship orders out from our facility in Pennsylvania USA within 24-48 hours. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and RADIUS has no control over transit times or delivery. Tracking numbers are sent when orders are shipped via email to the email address provided on your order.
