Tracking shows my package was delivered but I did not receive it?

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and RADIUS does not have any control over the delivery. We recommend contacting your post office for lost items. However, if the packaging cannot be found we will resend your order one-time free of charge to either the same address with signature required or to a different address entirely.
