RADIUS replacement heads are designed to detach with a firm, straight pull. Avoid twisting, bending, or using tools—these can damage the handle. If the head feels stuck, run the connection point under hot water for 30–60 seconds to soften buildup. For regular care, remove the head once a week or so and rinse internally to prevent toothpaste residue from tightening the fit. If it still won’t budge, reach out to us for help or a replacement handle.
