Can toothbrush heads be recycled?

Toothbrush heads, regardless of the brand, cannot be recycled due to metal staples that keep the bristles attached to the head.  Our toothbrush handles are recyclable unlike other brands. Most other brands of toothbrushes are over molded which means they use more than 1 type of plastic and cannot be recycled. We also use EcoPure in all of our products, making them landfill biodegradable. So even though toothbrush heads cannot be recycled, they will still breakdown in the landfill when thrown away.
